When it comes to creating your online products and reports, appearance is everything. Many ebook cover artists create cheap looking, crappy graphics that cost you sales and signups.
I use Sherice exclusively for all of mine which are, if I do say so myself, pretty classy. I've arranged for you to jump to the front of the queue and get your graphics made in advance of 'non Dax Moy' customers if you click on the link below.
In the interest of full disclosure, Sherice is giving me a whole $10 for recommending you, so you can be sure I'm not doing it for the money. I just want PTSA members to get good stuff rather than the crappy graphics most trainers are using on their sites.
These top-notch covers are only $49 and I promise you, you'll get great service too : )

It stuns me how many people miss meals or drastically cut their calorie intake to tiny proportions to help them lose weight. This weight loss myth comes handed down by generations and I cant stress this enough. Its not sustainable and can have long term negative affects on your health such as decreased bone density, anaemia, delayed insulin response and is often the pre cursor to obesity.
When the body is poorly and irregularly fuelled it enters starvation mode and adjusts to start…

Does everyone see these blogs lik 'posts' on the site, sorry still trying to navigate my way round, in fact I feel like lately all I'm doing is navigating around websites, blogs, subcriptions, as…

This Sunday I attended Dax's level 2 ED coach Course. I did level 1 last December
Whereas the level 1 course told us why calorie counting is a major red herring as there's far too many factors to consider before calories matter, and that health and fat loss is more about eliminating toxins and balancing hormones.
The level 1 course also gave us a deeper understanding of the principles of the Elimination Diet and gave us the info we needed to ‘tell the story’…

My take on having a cold is that your body is un well and its probably a good time to rest up. I am aware however that some people just want to forge on with their training. My best advice is stop a few reps before muscular fatigue and reduce your weights (Lb) by 25%. This is a great time to concentrate on your form, range of motion and mind muscle connections. Higher…

Why do I reveal so much 'personal stuff' about myself?
Why do I tell people about the good, the bad and the ugly that's happened over the course of my life?
I've been asked that quite a lot over the years by people who have been puzzled, confused and (some) outright angry at my insistance at sharing things about myself that most people consider to be strictly private and personal.
(Yes, I've actually had people send me angry messages because…
